35+ years experience as:-

Counsellor, consultant and life coach working in a wide variety of organisations and cultures in the public and private sectors, large corporations and small businesses, board level to grass roots as well as a private counselling practise.

As a professional therapeutic counsellor I have had my own private practice in North Wales since 1999 and work as an independently appointed psychotherapist for a corporate Employee Assistance Programme covering North Wales.

As a coach in mental preparation I have worked with elite international athletes performing at world-class level and as a consultant with the British Athletics Federation.

As an international consultant in management development, culture and organisational change I have worked at board level in multi-national companies, both in the UK and abroad.

I have also provided pet bereavement support to many owners in order to alleviate the painful loss of a much beloved companion.

The greater the range, depth and years of experience of a counsellor the greater the likelihood of the necessary level of expertise to benefit the client in dealing with sensitive and potentially complex issues.
